Snow Creek Reserve

Steve Reynolds bought this property in 2012 as a place to hunt and relax with his family (all of the fields are named for his nine grandchildren). He placed a conservation easement on the property in 2013 to conserve the land for hunting, fishing and natural wildlife habitat.

Snow Creek Reserve is located about five miles south of Bolivar, Tennessee and is situated between two creeks that come together and form a cypress swamp at the north end of the property. The landscape contains about 80 acres of open fields managed for wildlife and 125 acres of forested wetlands (cypress swamps) as part of the Hatchie River watershed. The Hatchie River is a state scenic river and one of the few unchannelized rivers in West Tennessee.
