Greensward Farm

In 2017, landowner Marianne Blackwell made the decision to protect land that has been in her family for one hundred years.

Our Family of Farms

The Land Trust has established conservation easements with multiple farms in Tennessee that produce fruits, vegetables and dairy products for area stores and restaurants.

Robertson County Farms

Farms in this region have some of the most highly productive soils in the state according to 2012 Department of Agriculture statistics. They are used for row crop production, forage for livestock and timber production.

Holland Family Farm

The Holland Farm has been in their family for over 100 years, giving it the distinction from the Tennessee Department of agriculture as one of multiple Century Farms that The Land Trust protects across the state.

Alderson Farm

The Alderson Family’s 110-acre property in Maury County is located on Leipers Creek Road in the fertile community of Water Valley in the Duck River Highlands, which creates a beautiful vista along the Natchez Trace Parkway.
