Join our Nature Trail Crew!

The Land Trust for Tennessee’s Nature Trail is one of many coveted characteristics at our 64-acre Glen Leven Farm just south of downtown Nashville. From the forested canopy to open pasture to wetland creek bed and more, this 1.4-mile hiking trail is an opportunity for visitors to survey the types of landscapes The Land Trust for Tennessee works to conserve across the state.

Nature Trail Crew volunteers help maintain this educational and immersive trek on a monthly basis. Our primary objectives for this group are trail maintenance and selective invasive species control.

Volunteers:

• Should be prepared for rigorous outdoor activity in varying non-severe weather conditions
• Should wear closed toe shoes, long pants, and dress in layers
• Should bring a reusable water bottle if they have one
• Should be team-oriented, responsible, and ENTHUSIASTIC! about trail maintenance
