Cruze Dairy Farm

Cruze Farm is a family dairy farm in Knoxville, Tennessee. Earl Cruze, his daughter Colleen and her fellow “Cruze Farm Girls” milk Jersey cows and bottle their own whole pasteurized Jersey milk, real churned buttermilk, light milk and chocolate milk. The Cruze cows are on pasture 365 days a year and are never given hormones. The delicious, local milk is not homogenized so the cream rises to the top. You will find Cruze Dairy milk in many local markets, mom-and-pop grocery stores, and food cooperatives throughout East Tennessee. The dairy is a state approved and inspected milk processing plant.

Several years ago Earl Cruze expressed hopes that his land and dairy operation would remain “a farm forever.” A partnership between the Cruze Family, The Land Trust for Tennessee, USDA-NRCS and Knox County made his dream a reality by placing a conservation easement on the property. Tennessee communities will continue to  benefit from  local, healthy, hormone-free dairy products in perpetuity .

You can read up on the Cruze Dairy in the pages of Conde Nast Traveler, Southern Living, The New York Times, Cooking Light …. and more!
